Rare Old Boy Scout Lantern Slides

Here are some reproductions of some rare old Boy Scout lantern slides.  James M. Young of San Angelo was an avid Scout memorabilia collector of many years and acquired a collection of these original glass lantern slides.  About fifteen years ago I took 35 mm slide photos of the glass slides and just stuck them away in my slide box.  Recently I went through my slide collection and rediscovered them.  So that you would have an idea what Scouting looked liked just prior to World War I, I have added them to the West Texas Scouting History pages.  Some of them are not in focus due to this being the third copy of the slides, but enjoy them anyway!
