Oral Histories From Former Boy Scouts

Back in the 1980's and 1990's several oral histories were made of men who were former Boy Scouts in the 1920's to 1940's. They were recorded on the old tape cassettes, and stored for over 25 years in a storage shed.  Recently, we have rediscovered them, and converted them into digital MP3 format, so they can be listened to using today's media.

Many of the recordings are from one to two hours in length, as men relived their younger days in the Boy Scouts.  Some of the recordings are not as well made as others, but they all talked about what it was like to be a Boy Scouts back in those earlier days.

So, here they are for your enjoyment.  You may recognize some of the men.
